The systems integrate a suite of AGT's proprietary Digital Link software applications with specialized hardware to provide solutions for mass photo retailers and for use at special events. With the Digital Portrait System, a digital camera captures the image, the AGT Digital Link software processes it, and a print is output through a photographic-quality printer. The Digital Events System makes the Digital Portrait System concept portable, allowing a system to be used on-site at special activities such as golf tournaments and other sporting events. The new digital imaging solutions were launched at PMA'97, the world's largest annual photo imaging exposition, sponsored by Photo Marketing Association International. Because WebDBC supports standard platforms (Windows 95, Windows NT-Intel, Windows NT-Alpha, MacOS, UNIX) and protocols (ISAPI, NSAPI, CGI, JDBC, ODBC, HTML 3.0) developers have the flexibility to put together a "best-of-breed" Internet/intranet environment.
