Generating revenue was the epitome of "cool" at this year's Simba and Connections conferences, held in the days before NEXPO.

The Simba/Newspaper Association of America Workshop on June 13 and the NAA's own Connections '96 conference June 14-15 addressed a variety of newspaper new media issues.
