CDA update

At the end of February, the U.S. Justice Department agreed to refrain from investigating or prosecuting 'Net users for distributing indecent or offensive material pending a court challenge to the Communications Decency Act, the Associated Press reported. The American Civil Liberties Union and other interested parties will argue their case March 21-22 before a special panel of three federal judges in Philadelphia, the AP reported.
